National Threatened Species Day…. help our Koalas!
New post from Kylie Fogarty Art ~ It’s National Threatened Species Day today, sadly though, our native animals are more at risk today then ever… sad news today that our Koalas in NSW are more at risk now then ever. Read more about it in this article here….
Can you imagine an Australia without Koalas or our native animals? Sadly, unless we do something to maintain their habitats this may become a reality.
If you want to learn more about the amazing native animals and the conservation efforts in Canberra, a great place to start is Mulligan’s Flat Woodland Sanctuary.
There are things that we can do to help protect our koalas, such as planting koala friendly trees. To find out more, head over to the Save the Koalas website to read more about what we can do … there is still time to make a difference for these beautiful creatures.
