Twitter Art Exhibit 2018 – Coming to Australia!

On Saturday, April the 1st, the 2017 Twitter Art Exhibit opened at The Art House, Stratford Upon Avon in the UK.

Curator Cat Salter-Smith has done a magnificent curation of the entries received this year.

David Sandum – Founder of the Twitter Art Exhibit flew from Norway for Opening Night, and to celebrate this amazing exhibition.

At the end of the speeches of each opening night, the next year’s Twitter Art Exhibit is announced alongside with the Curator, and Not for Profit Charity that will benefit from the event.

I am both humbled and excited to let you know that I am very pleased to be curating the Twitter Art Exhibit 2018, to be held for the first time in Australia.

The Exhibition will be held at Strathnairn Arts Gallery, benefiting Pegasus – Riding for the Disabled ACT Inc.

More information will be released later this year, so keep an eye out for updates as the event unfolds.

If you would like to get involved by donating an original postcard, then please follow TAE on Twitter (twitrartexhibit) and watch for the Call for Artists coming out later in the year.

All you need is to have a Twitter account! Exhibition open to all artistic abilities and all will be hung!

In the meantime, those who are lucky enough to be in the region of Stratford Upon Avon, the Twitter Art Exhibit 17 – UK, is currently on show at The Art House, with many beautiful postcards / original works still available, all sales of the original postcard art benefit Not For Profit  Charity, Molly Ollys Wishes.
