Head out to Yass this week and you just might see a paddock full of generous sized sculptures sitting peacefully in the middle of a paddock.
“Sculpture in the Paddock” is staged in the beautiful surrounds of the National Trust property, Cooma Cottage, once home of the famous Australian born colonial explorer Hamilton Hume.
YaSSarts would like to thank the National Trust (NSW) for hosting “Sculpture in the Paddock” and wish to acknowledge the past and present traditional owners of the land, the Ngunnawal people.
The exhibition runs from October 3 to 26 and is open Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 4pm (open until 8pm Thursday evenings).
Workshops and artist talks will be taking place on the closing weekend Oct 25-26, 2014.
