This year’s Christmas Exhibition which is currently on at Humble House gallery is an absolute delight.
What a year! It has been absolutely chock full of new art opportunities for my practice. Design events, commission work and new galleries.
Alongside these opportunities has included being able to support and promote other artists at Humble House gallery. Something which I have greatly enjoyed.
There are nearly 20 different artists from all around the world on exhibit in this diverse exhibition. I am pleased to let you know that I happen to be amongst the beautiful works on show with six of my own works.
Some of these works have been set free from my stockroom such as the Pelican Series, all drawn with lightfast archival inks. They have flown into the gallery and are now taking pride of place on the gallery wall.
Included in the exhibition is three new works in the form of mixed media works on paper, in a series which trace Wetlands.
The exhibition is a cash and carry exhibition. All works are available to take home with you today, no need to wait for the end of the exhibition. Perfect timing for Christmas shopping!
The Christmas Exhibition is open at Humble House gallery from Wednesday to Sunday. It is open 10am to 4pm – and runs till December 22, 2019.
What a wonderful time to discover this amazing treasure, so many beautiful oriental antiques in the Showroom, the Oriental Museum upstairs which is side by side to the Gallery upstairs. Lift access is available.
